My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a mental healthcare provider began with a foundation in medical-surgical nursing, where I gained experience working in various high-pressure environments, including the emergency room and step-down ICU.

My goals for you

In my practice, I approach goal setting with patients through a collaborative and supportive process. I start by encouraging patients to express their aspirations and what they hope to achieve through therapy and treatment.

Our first session

During a first session with me, patients can expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere—think of it as a cozy coffee chat, but instead of caffeine, we’ll be pouring out thoughts and feelings! We’ll start with some introductions, and I’ll share a bit about my approach to care, which is all about teamwork (minus the matching jerseys).
