Hi there, I'm Dezirae!

I believe it's important to have healthy self-talk, and CBT will teach you how to identify and reconstruct the way you think. This approach will help with any presenting issue because we cannot control others, only ourselves and the way we respond to things.

My focus

I find that people who struggle with addiction, anger issues, anxious behaviors, depression, and teens work best with my modalities. I'm willing to see individuals who will put in the work outside of our sessions.

My approach

I know that not everyone wants to be in therapy for a long time, so I feel that teaching a person how to identify presenting issues and using problem-solving skills can help increase your tools to maintain emotional stability. I also guide clients on how to learn to self-regulate so they can manage their emotions better using CBT.
