My focus
I work with late adolescents and adults who may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, addiction, relationship challenges, or difficulty setting boundaries. Using a solution-focused, strengths-based approach, I work with clients to help them create lasting change.
My approach
I use Solution-focused therapy (SFT) to help you identify your individual goals and collaborate with you to find solutions to meet them. I may also incorporate mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or other techniques to support your individual treatment goals.
