I provide mental health services to adults struggling with depression, grief, anxiety, self-esteem issues, stress, and addiction. My approach combines mindfulness with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to create a safe space where you feel empowered to explore challenges and heal.
My focus
I work with clients facing relational challenges, including attachment issues, abandonment fears, and communication difficulties. I also support those managing anxiety, stress, social anxiety, and life transitions, as well as individuals processing trauma, rebuilding resilience, cultivating self-worth and confidence, and navigating grief and loss.
