I use a client-centered approach with my clients. I strive to create an environment in which my clients feel safe and comfortable working with me. The most common theoretical approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focus, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

My journey to mental healthcare

I have had people who helped me get through challenges I was facing in my life, and this inspired me to become a therapist. My faith in God has also given me the desire to help others. I believe that God places people in our lives to help us. I get great satisfaction from helping my clients get through challenges and live a happy life.
