Hi there, I'm Diane!

I'm so glad you're here! I have a background in Substance Abuse and working with Clients who have Chronic Diseases. I am here to support individuals and families as they address their mental health challenges.

My focus

I typically work with children and adults, and I also do couples counseling. I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety and depression. Each session is tailored to meet the needs of the client.

My approach

My theoretical approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. CBT is an evidence-based approach that uses talk therapy to help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. It's most commonly used to treat anxiety and depression, but can be useful for other mental and physical health problems.
