I work mostly with adults, but will occasionally see adolescents. I also specialize in women's issues, anxiety, and depression.

My journey to mental healthcare

When I look back on my life, I have been a support to my friends since I was in second grade. Classmates always came to me with their problems to help them resolve. My career is an educated continuation of that role.

My goals for you

Setting of goals is up to the client. As a therapist, I can make suggestions, but in the end, clients are responsible for their own growth and development.

Our first session

I allot time for clients to ask me any questions they might have regarding me and the therapy experience. I usually ask clients what brought them to therapy and what they expect to receive from therapy.
