I am an LCSW (GA, TN, AZ; CA pending) with a non-clinical Ph.D. in Performance Psychology. I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach integrating CBT and performance strategies. I support clients recovering from personal injury and focus on anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions.
