My approach
I use Person-Centered therapy, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology to help you build coping skills and create an action plan. I also draw from Art Therapy, Expressive Arts, Solution Focused, Strength-Based, and Motivational Interviewing approaches to support your unique needs and goals.
