Hi there, I'm Andrea!

I help adults take the first step in their emotional healing journey. I work with those in or considering a life transition, experiencing anxiety and depression, or facing overwhelming life issues. I also support adults who struggle with people-pleasing and conflict avoidance, as well as those navigating workplace and career challenges.

My focus

I support adults struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, and people-pleasing. I also support clients who are new to therapy and nervous about beginning their healing journey.

My approach

I operate from a trauma-informed perspective and offer RRT sessions for specific trauma episodes. I create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to feel heard and supported. I provide personalized, holistic care to address root causes for lasting healing.

My communication style

I use a warm, patient, and supportive communication style. I provide a sense of safety and calm when difficult topics arise. I actively listen to ensure my clients feel heard.

My journey to mental healthcare

I was always drawn to psychotherapy and naturally played the peace-keeper with family and friends. Doing my own emotional healing work played a pivotal role in my wellness journey. I am passionate about supporting others in their emotional healing so they can gain greater inner peace in their lives.

I collaborate with clients to identify goals and paths towards reaching them. I provide education on relevant topics to support growth.

Our first session

Our first session includes briefly reviewing necessary administrative items and then discussing what brings you to therapy and your goals. It is normal to feel nervous and scatter-brained in the first session. I am there to calmly guide you through the process and help you feel supported as you take the first steps of your healing journey.
