I specialize in anxiety, stress management, depression, and ADHD. I work with people aged 18-50. I love helping others reach their maximum holistic potential and believe that it is important to treat the whole person. I focus on self-care as the foundation of each of my client's journeys as they work toward meeting their specific treatment goals.
