My communication style

I want my clients to always feel that they are in a very safe and caring environment where they feel comfortable discussing their most private thoughts.

My journey to mental healthcare

At an early age, I knew I would be in a helping profession. This process evolved over a long period of time, and my journey has given me the opportunity to become an effective clinical social worker.

My goals for you

I will facilitate a practice in helping the client identify what they want to see differently in their life. Discuss how they will know when the desired outcome has been accomplished. Possible tools used in this process may include journaling, use of assessments, scaling, and open discussions.

Our first session

The first session will be a combination of collecting information about the client's whole profile. The development of a connection between the therapist and the client is a major part of the first session.
