My focus
If you are an adult who has ADHD or suspicions of it, you are in the right place. I have helped many adults who are either late diagnosed or have been untreated/undertreated for ADHD find their place. Clients who benefit the most are motivated and tired of doing things the same way with no results.

I use cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness to address old thinking patterns that may be getting in your way.
