Hi there, I'm Natosha!

I'm passionate about providing a space for restoration and growth. I work with teenagers and adults navigating life's challenges. I believe the adversities and pain we experience can be a catalyst for exponential growth.

My focus

I work with clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, and struggling with increased anxiety or depressive symptoms. Together we build emotional intelligence skills to help you thrive in each area of life, moving from feeling trapped to experiencing genuine growth and peace.

My approach

I view counseling as soul restoration, a journey where we explore important questions about purpose, fulfillment, relationships, and living with sustainable joy and peace. It takes courage to share your story and do the hard work to become the healthiest version of yourself.

My communication style

I provide a safe, judgment-free space, so clients feel comfortable saying things out loud that may be difficult to say. A warm presence allows for authenticity and fosters the courage to move forward on one's healing journey. And I strive to communicate in a flexible manner to assist growth.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began as a teacher and quickly realized many students weren't meeting their potential due to lack of social and emotional development. This led me to become a school counselor, then pursue a counseling license to help others become the healthiest version of themselves.

My goals for you

Pain, shame, and fear are universal struggles that turn us into someone we were never meant to be. We work together to increase self-compassion, gain awareness of self-defeating thought patterns, and learn healthy coping skills. I also incorporate the value of having a sense of humor. Laughter heals the soul!

Our first session

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know one another and clarifying goals for therapy. Counseling is about a good fit, so I will provide an opportunity for you to ask questions that may help soothe any nervousness that is common during the first session.
