I'm passionate about helping adolescents, adults, and couples navigate depression, anxiety, relationship issues, major life adjustments, and sexual trauma. With experience serving diverse populations across all levels of care, I advocate for LGBT issues, social justice, and women's rights while creating a safe, affirming space for healing.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples facing depression, anxiety, substance abuse, sexuality concerns, and relationship challenges. I also support those navigating major life transitions, sexual trauma, and co-occurring disorders, creating a judgment-free space where you can be yourself.

My approach

I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to meet you where you are. My approach is flexible and tailored to your unique needs, helping you process emotions and build skills for lasting change in a collaborative, supportive environment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been drawn to helping others. Growing up, I was the friend people turned to for advice and a listening ear. Seeing the success stories of those who went to therapy inspired me to pursue this work and help others take control of their lives.
