I work with adolescents and young adults to support them in learning how to connect both their minds and bodies. I specialize in complex trauma, stress, and anger management, behavioral issues, academic performance concerns, mood disorders, and adjustment issues.
My focus
My present focus is on adolescents and young adults from ages 10-23. This is one of the most critical periods in self-discovery, exploration, and expression with exploring creative outlets that provide another language through healing trauma and emotional wounds.
My approach
My work is informed by a holistic and integrative approach using expressive techniques. I practice nontraditional therapy and Chakra alignment shaped from a creative therapeutic lens that incorporates body techniques such as movement and expression.
