I work with couples who are dating, engaged, or married and looking to maintain or build their relationship. I also work with individuals navigating corporate spaces or day-to-day life who find themselves stuck or repeating patterns.

I provide a unique boutique experience where each session and modality used is based on the individual needs of the person or couple. Primary approaches include DBT, the belief that two things can exist at the same time, CBT, which focuses on thought patterns, and reality therapy, which examines processing experiences in truth and in real time.
