I am versed in many therapy approaches. I absolutely believe that properly assessing the client will lead to the appropriate and most effective therapy to provide to each individual. My focus areas are depression, anxiety, and life transitions related to dealing with a new medical diagnosis, particularly cancer.

My journey to mental healthcare

I feel that our field is sometimes underrated and misunderstood. Becoming a therapist was so important to me because my research of the profession made me want to be that person for others. My passion, dedication, and understanding drive me to do this work.
