I'm passionate about helping people who cope with mental illness find balance and consistency in their daily lives. My personal experience witnessing a loved one struggle emotionally inspired me to dedicate my career to supporting others through their challenges.
My focus
I work with individuals facing mental health challenges, domestic violence, family system issues, dating violence, and unhealthy parenting patterns. I commonly use Cognitive Behavior Therapy to change thought patterns and behavior, and Mindfulness to help you stay present during difficult moments while managing your thoughts and feelings.
