My journey to mental healthcare

Helping people began with the personal care of grandparents and as a protege in ministry. The opportunity to help people get better is the privilege of a lifetime. Therapy has connected me to many great people and communities around the globe through ministry, military assignments, and food services.

Our first session

Your first session will be an opportunity to take the edge off and share your story openly and comfortably. You will want to repeat your first session if it were humanly possible. It's a huge sigh of relief.
