I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (CA & GA) who helps women and BIPOC individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and boundary-setting. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, integrating CBT to create practical tools for lasting change.
My focus
I primarily work with women, adolescents, and members of the BIPOC community. I’m most comfortable treating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and people-pleasing patterns. Many of my clients are high-achieving but feel emotionally overwhelmed or stuck.
My approach
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and structured. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing to help clients shift unhelpful patterns, regulate emotions, and build healthier coping strategies.
