I do my best work with clients who are ready to change, grow, and learn more about themselves. My typical clients are those having challenges with anxiety, depression, a history of trauma, grief and loss, body image, self-esteem, and issues within their relationships.
My approach
I work collaboratively with my clients to utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Exposure therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Together, I create a specialized treatment plan that supports your individual goals in therapy.
