Whether you're new to therapy or continuing your journey, I offer a space filled with warmth, hope, and inspiration. You can bring your unique life experiences and perspectives and expect to be seen, heard, and acknowledged without judgment or bias. Perfection is not required here.

My journey to mental healthcare

Early on, I found myself drawn to listening and supporting others through their challenges. The idea that I could help someone navigate pain, find strengths, and achieve goals inspired me to study counseling. I'm motivated by the courage clients show and the privilege of supporting them as they heal, grow, and thrive.

My goals for you

I believe in a collaborative approach to goal setting. We start by exploring what you want to achieve and identifying specific areas to work on. Together, we break down goals into manageable steps that feel achievable, and we regularly revisit and adjust them to stay aligned with your needs and progress.

Our first session

You can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where you share your concerns and goals. I'll take time to get to know you, understand your background, and discuss what brought you to therapy. We'll explore what you hope to achieve, and I'll explain my approach and how we can work together.
