My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, sexual identity development and cultural issues, women's issues, relationship issues, issues related to adoption, sports performance, and life challenges.

I utilize an integrative approach using a range of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with techniques from solution-focused therapy, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered therapy, to tailor a unique therapeutic experience for every client.
