My approach
I integrate CBT, Mindfulness, Trauma Focused, Solution Focused, Narrative, and Family Systems Theory. I believe interventions should match the client versus "one size fits all." Real therapeutic change happens outside sessions, so I provide feedback and assign homework to practice between appointments.
