I believe that each client is unique and that one therapy does not fit all. I meet the client where they are at. I have experience in different types of trauma from a clinical standpoint and personal experience. I have a sense of humor, and I believe laughter can be the best medicine sometimes. The most important part of any therapy is the client.
My focus
My greatest strength is my ability to be real and yet non-judgmental. I am honest with what I see and love client feedback to work towards a common outcome. I don't use big words or sugarcoat.
