I'm an eclectic therapist, which means I draw from multiple approaches to create a treatment plan tailored specifically for you. I often use tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. When working with couples, I frequently use Emotionally Focused Therapy.
