My journey to becoming a therapist began with a deep interest in understanding people and helping them overcome life's challenges. I was drawn to creating a space where individuals could feel heard, supported, and empowered to make positive changes.

I approach goal setting collaboratively, working with you to identify meaningful, achievable goals based on your values and priorities. We break larger goals into manageable steps, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting as needed. My focus is on ensuring your goals feel realistic and support your growth.

Our first session

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, relaxed conversation where I gather background information and explore your reasons for seeking therapy. We'll discuss your goals, current challenges, and any concerns you may have, while also starting to build rapport.
