I utilize alternative wellness practices like somatic approaches. You can expect physical treatment methods including relaxation techniques, meditative or breathing exercises, and traditional talk therapy. These practices may help you access information about how you hold experiences in your body.

My journey to mental healthcare

I decided to become a social worker following a traumatic childhood event. I worked with a therapist who really helped me during a difficult time. I wanted to be that person for someone else, and that started my journey to this work. I love it.

My goals for you

I believe you are the expert of your story and have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming challenges. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Our first session

I'd like to utilize our first session to ensure we're a good fit. I focus on the body and mind and how they intersect and contribute to your concerns. Breathwork, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Guided Imagery are some of my favorite tools.
