In practice, the most important focus is on my clients and their environment. I specialize in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, women's issues, sexual abuse, and stress.
My focus
In practice, I typically work with clients between the ages of 13-65. The majority of my clients are dealing with the effects of trauma and/or experiencing symptoms of anxiety/depression. I am highly experienced in treating trauma, anxiety, and depression as a result.
My approach
When providing therapy to clients, my approach is client-centered and holistic. I feel that every client, including their situation, is unique. Therefore, everyone requires individualized treatment. My most common theoretical approaches are CBT, CPT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based.
