I value open, honest communication in therapy. My style is warm, direct, and supportive, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe being authentic and heard. Together, we explore the difference between what we may want in the moment and what may truly support long-term wellbeing.

My journey to mental healthcare

My decision to become a therapist grew out of my own life experiences and challenges, including experiences with trauma. These experiences shaped my commitment to helping others find healing and relief so they do not have to face their struggles alone.

My goals for you

When working with trauma and PTSD, I often focus on four guiding principles: Control, Courage, Compassion, and Choice. My goal is to help you acknowledge your experiences without judgment, guilt, or shame while building the tools needed to move forward.

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know one another and exploring the concerns that brought you to therapy. We’ll begin identifying the best approaches to support your healing and start building the trust that forms the foundation of effective therapy.
