Our first session

This first session is about you. We'll have a relaxed conversation where you can share what brought you to therapy, your experiences, concerns, and goals. My goal is to create a safe environment where you feel heard and understood. We'll discuss next steps, but the most important outcome is that you feel comfortable beginning this journey.
