I help clients navigate these experiences and build skills to feel better about themselves and develop a more positive outlook on life.

My approach varies based on each client's needs. I most frequently use systemic and psychodynamic modalities to build a shared understanding of underlying issues limiting your functioning. I place special emphasis on your emotional experiences and how they impact your relationships.
