I use mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused, and person-centered therapies to help you ground yourself in the present while identifying belief patterns that hold you back. Together, we can create a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with your true self.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always been interested in helping others accomplish personal tasks and goals. I became increasingly interested in understanding how thoughts, patterns, beliefs, spiritual practices, and relationships affect outcomes. I thoroughly enjoy witnessing clients achieve their goals and uncover a more fulfilling life.
