My journey to mental healthcare

I became a psychiatric provider because I'm passionate about helping people improve their mental well-being and quality of life. Seeing patients gain confidence, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful progress continues to inspire me and reinforces why I love the work I do every day.

Our first session

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss what brought you to treatment, review your medical and mental health history, explore your goals, and develop a personalized treatment plan. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions, and we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
