I am a licensed therapist with 20 years of experience, trained in multiple modalities of treatment to help address problematic and everyday issues. As a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with families, individuals, and groups to help them navigate life's challenges.

My focus

The clients that I have worked with have had issues with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, along with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder. As well as individuals coping with everyday issues.

I have had the privilege of working with families, individuals, and groups to help them navigate life's challenges. I hold certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Depression and Insomnia, as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a genuine concern for your well-being.
