The clients that I have worked with have had issues with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, along with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder. As well as individuals coping with everyday issues.

My approach

I have had the privilege of working with families, individuals, and groups to help them navigate life's challenges. I hold certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Depression and Insomnia, as well as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a genuine concern for your well-being.

My journey to mental healthcare

The joy and gratification of helping people recognize their full potential is important. I have always enjoyed learning and sharing what I learned with people. This drives me to continue to engage with others in therapy.

Clients are educated on the importance of goals while encouraged to discuss their goals while providing an arena to change or alter their goals as needed.

Our first session

At a client's first session, introductions are made, personal data is collected, how the platform works is discussed, and the attendance is discussed. We discuss goals, expectations, and which therapy would best address their situation.
