I want you to feel understood, seen, and heard. I create a safe space where you can speak freely without fear of judgment or misunderstanding. My style is warm, friendly, straightforward, and genuine. You are the most important person in the room.

My journey to mental healthcare

As a child, I was fascinated by how differently people reacted to the same events. Some cried at happy news while others leaped for joy. I wanted to understand why. I told my mother I'd go to school to learn about this, and she asked if I'd be like Sigmund Freud. I said yes—then asked who he was.

My goals for you

Goals are determined by what brings you to counseling and what you hope to achieve. We set them based on your needs, the time we have, your ability to meet them, and your motivation. Your goals guide our work together.

Our first session

I create a warm, comforting environment where you can unload and be truly seen and heard. You are the most important person in the room, and what brings you here matters deeply to me. The world is full of discounting experiences. This will not be one of them.
