I value clear, open, and honest communication to ensure a supportive and non-judgmental environment. I provide empathetic and active listening, allowing you the space to explore those things that are most meaningful to you. I am here to help you navigate those challenges and come up with ways to manage.

My journey to mental healthcare

I didn't always know I wanted to be a therapist. Growing up in a household where mental health issues were present allowed me to see firsthand its effect on individuals. After undergraduate school, I landed my first job in a psychiatric hospital. That's when things clicked for me, and I knew that I wanted to help people become their best selves.

My goals for you

I believe that every individual has the potential for growth, healing, and change. My role is to help you uncover that potential and move forward with confidence. I support clients reaching their goals through collaborative goal setting, creating a safe and supportive space, using evidence-based tools, and empowering self-awareness.

Our first session

Beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re unsure of what to expect. In our first session, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and at ease. We'll spend time getting to know each other as we explore what brought you to therapy and what you'd like to get out of our work together.
