I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with empathy. My clients can expect me to be calm and patient.

My journey to mental healthcare

My therapy journey began when I was in college courses while navigating relational and familial transitions. Navigating life and having a safe space to express my concerns, worries, and track my growth were vital to me. I observed my environment and noticed that others needed that support while going through life as well.

I view therapy as a collaborative partnership to support my clients in reaching their individualized goals. Together, we’ll set goals that matter to you. As you gain new insights, we’ll adapt your plan to stay meaningful and supportive as you move toward where you want to be.

Our first session

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. It’s normal to feel reluctant and or nervous. I support my clients at their own pace and collaborate with them to identify what makes them feel most comfortable and progressive.
