I welcome and practice open and candid communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I am an active listener and provide a space for you to share your experiences in a safe environment.

My journey to mental healthcare

From a little girl, I always had a desire to help others. It made me sad when I saw others hurting or upset. I wanted to make them feel better. Ultimately, I found out how I could make others feel better, and here I am today.

My goals for you

I view therapy as a collaborative partnership where we set goals tailored to your needs. As you gain insight and achieve these objectives, we will adapt your treatment plan to reflect your progress and continued goals.

Our first session

What you can expect in our first session is primarily about "getting to know you" and determining if the therapist-client match feels right. There will be some discussion about boundaries, including confidentiality and its legal limits, what brings you in, your background and history, your goals, and your evaluation of me.
