My communication style is warm and empathetic. I aim to create an open and safe space where patients feel heard, understood, and supported.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey started when I was working as a registered nurse in the hospital. I took care of many patients who struggled with mental illness and whose needs were often overlooked. Their mental illness was often seen as secondary to their primary ailment, and there was a gap in their care.

My goals for you

I actively involve the patient in setting their goals. I want them to feel ownership over the process, as this enhances their motivation and commitment.

During my first session, my primary focus is understanding each patient's unique experiences and addressing their concerns in a thoughtful and respectful manner.
