My approach is always person-centered. I help you discover your hidden strengths to overcome obstacles. I use Solution-Focused therapy, CBT, and EMDR to help you heal and assess your strengths, empowering you to solve your problems and move forward with confidence.

My communication style is calm, accommodating, and personable. I want you to feel comfortable talking with me about anything. I pride myself on my ability to listen without judgment and create a safe space for you to share openly.

My journey to mental healthcare

I realized that one big issue humanity faces is relationships, but I wasn't adequately equipped to provide help. So I studied counseling to equip myself to help people who were hurting and guide them toward healing and stronger connections.

My goals for you

My approach to goal setting is all about working together to define what you want to accomplish. This often starts by building trust and getting comfortable with therapy. Over time, we'll set goals and track your progress as we move forward together.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll spend most of our time talking about how you've been feeling recently. I'll ask questions to better understand why you may be feeling that way. The first session is about building an initial connection and helping me get a sense of where we should go from there.
