My population of interest is adults. Adulthood comes with a lot of transitions and changes that can be overwhelming, and I believe we humans need help once in a while to overcome hurdles in our lives. I have a passion to help individuals as they are going through life obstacles.

I always make sure I communicate effectively and utilize effective active listening skills because I want my client to feel heard. My calm and soft tone with added humor allows my clients to feel at ease when they are in sessions with me.
