My focus
I work with adults on parenting issues, domestic violence, past trauma, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and depression. I work with adolescents in areas of trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, anger issues, depression, LGBTQ challenges, grief/bereavement, and abuse.
My approach
I use CBT by incorporating journaling, positive visualization, mindfulness, and other approaches. I use this to emphasize the importance of individuals understanding that any difficulties experienced in life will ultimately promote and foster growth in oneself.
