I’m particularly effective in helping individuals manage stress and anxiety, build self-esteem, develop time management and scheduling skills, navigate adjustment challenges, and address relationship concerns.
My approach
In my counseling work, I draw from several therapeutic approaches to best meet clients where they are, with a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I value CBT for its focus on identifying and shifting unhelpful thoughts, as I find it empowering to help clients discover new perspectives that lead to meaningful behavioral change.
