Hi there, I'm Patricia!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Play Therapist, and founder of Playfully Heal Counseling. I specialize in helping children, teens, and adults heal from trauma and difficult life experiences. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely understood and supported while we work together toward healing.

My focus

I work with children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or impacted by trauma and difficult life experiences. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’ve been through, uncover your strengths, and help you feel more connected, confident, and able to move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.

My approach

I offer a warm, authentic, and collaborative approach to therapy, meeting you where you are while gently helping you move toward healing. I use EMDR, play therapy, creativity, and trauma-informed care to help you understand your story, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.
