My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to this work through a desire to understand and support others during challenging times. My training and experience have deepened my respect for each person’s resilience and capacity for change.

We identify your goals and break them into manageable steps. I provide tools and support to help you apply what we discuss in daily life, focusing on both insight and action to create meaningful progress.

Our first session

The first session focuses on getting to know you and what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss your goals and expectations, and you can ask questions to decide if I’m the right fit for you.
