My journey to mental healthcare

My passion for mental health began when I worked as an emergency room nurse, where I acquired a deeper understanding of people in their most vulnerable moments. I believe that delivering care using the holistic approach ensures a full understanding of every client's journey and current needs.

My goals for you

While everyone is unique, I've found that clients typically start making measurable progress after our first four sessions together. My goal is to ensure that every client has the tools they need to be their best and to reach a point where they no longer need me.

Our first session

We will start with brief introductions in an effort for the client to feel comfortable talking about current needs. The first sessions are typically the longest; they can last 60 to 90 minutes. Expect to leave with peace of mind.
