My journey to mental healthcare

I have often contemplated what I can do to utilize my skill set to help others. I have spent the majority of my adult life doing so through coaching, collaboration, and educating myself on things that make our lives more manageable.

My goals for you

I help clients achieve their mental health goals by first engaging in a collaborative process to define targets that are specific, achievable, and personally meaningful. We then use evidence-based techniques, such as identifying and challenging unhelpful thought patterns or developing new coping skills, to create profound change.

Our first session

The session generally follows three main steps: Logistics and Confidentiality: We start by briefly reviewing essential paperwork, practice policies, and the crucial concept of confidentiality—meaning what you share is private, and then allow the rest of the time for your story that brought you into therapy. Lengthy but worth it!
